BANGZZ is a garage punk project from singer and guitarist Erika Kobayashi Libero with drummer Jess Caesar of Pink Flag and Dirty Little Heaters. BANGZZ’ sound has been described as “confrontational femme-punk that weds a Stooges stomp to five-alarm-blaze-yelps” and a “brand of punk noir” that is “all scuzzy irreverent riot girl catharsis.” Their full length album, “You Took My Body Long Ago and Now I am Taking it Back” is set for release on Potluck in 2021.
